3500 TCD with Back end Sugar Refinery.
Milling tandem consists of FC KCP’s 4 nos of unique two roller mills with planetary drive, AC VFD & rope coupling. Preparatory devises such as inline Shredder with Feeder drum are in place.
Production process
The production of Raw sugar by following defecation process for Cane Juice Clarification & production of Refined sugar by employing phosphoflotation process for the raw melt clarification.
Sulphur Free Sugar
The sugar produced by Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Sugars Ltd is free from Sulphur & it is well received by direct consumes as well the Industrial sector. Sulphur is not being used for Juice Clarification in Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Sugar Mills ltd as it is being done by most of the sugar mills in India.
Our product refined sugar is being packed in retail packets such as 100 Gram, 200 Gram, 500 Gram, 1 Kg & 5 Kg apart from the normal 50 Kg Bags. We also manufacture Icing sugar (Powdered Sugar) and the same is being packed in 5 Kg as well as 25 Kg bags & well received by Baking and Catering manufactures.
Asal Nattu Sarkkarai
We also manufacture “ASAL NATTU SARKKARAI” in 1/2 kg packets which contains flavor & benefits of natural Jaggery in total which is well received by general public.
For manufacture and supply of White Crystal Sugar / Refined Sugar and Sugar Products Det Norske Veritas (DNV) in 2016 accredited ISO 22000 Certificate for its Food Safety management systems as per Codex Aliemtarius Commission (Recommended International Codex of Practice-General Principles of Food Hygiene CAC/ RCP 1- 1969, rev.4 (2003) and is valid up to 31.12.2021.
Halal Certification Services India Private limited awarded HALAL Certification for the products White Crystal Sugar / Refined Sugar and Sugar Products and is valid up to 17.03.2023
