Power Plant
We have 1×23 MW Co-generation Power Plant with 110 Ton / Hr KCP Boiler. We are using different type of Fuels such as Bagasse, Bio-Fuel & Fossil Fuel for (start up only) our Boiler.. Also having pollution control Equipment's like ESP, Back Filter and ETP. We are having a 23 MW extraction cum condensing turbine which was supplied by Shin Nippon Machinery Co., Ltd, Japan.
We can generate 23 MW Power and Export 18 MW / hour to the Power Grid. Our Auxiliary consumption will be 5 MW to 6 MW / hour To reduce the water consumption, we have installed advanced Air cooled condenser with capacity of 70 Ton/hr supplied by Paharpur Cooling Towers, Kolkatta. Individual Water Treatment Plant installed with Capacity of 30 M³/hour to purify the RAW water and supply the DM water to the Boiler.
Our power plant is running with less man power due to fully automated and centralized DCS control system supplied by Honey Well. We have installed VFD for all the electrical motors to reduce the auxiliary power consumption. Many steps taken for Energy conservation like Re-Circulation of Boiler Blow down water.
